ONE-TO-ONE SUPPORT
Individual counselling

per 60-minute session
A private session focused entirely on you, your experiences and the changes you would like to make. There is no referral required.
SUPPORTING YOUR RELATIONSHIP

A supportive space to slow difficult conversations down, understand each other more clearly and work toward practical change together.

Private Chill Skills session
$120
per 60-minute session
One-to-one support helping children manage big feelings, build resilience and grow confidence through practical, age-appropriate strategies.
BETTER DAYS AT WORK
Workplace wellbeing that works in the real world.
Practical, engaging support to help workplaces improve communication, reduce stress, strengthen connection and create a healthier team culture. Programs can be tailored for small businesses, community organisations and larger teams.
Workplace Workshop
$950 + GST
A tailored 90-minute session covering stress, communication, boundaries and team connection.
Wellbeing Review
$2,200 + GST
Staff survey, onsite conversations, leadership consultation and practical recommendations.
Better Workplace Program
$4,800 + GST
A wellbeing review, two tailored workshops, action plan and three-month follow-up.
Onsite Counselling Day
$2,000 + GST
A dedicated day of confidential individual counselling sessions for employees.
Travel outside the Numurkah area is quoted separately. Workplace services are tailored to the organisation and confirmed in writing before delivery.
OTHER SERVICES

Chill Skills programs, home visits, reports and other specialised services vary depending on what is involved. Call us and we will explain the cost clearly before anything is booked.
