Clear notice helps us offer appointment times fairly to other clients.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellation arrangements for prepaid packages, funded services, programs or external referrals may be subject to the relevant service agreement.
