ADHD & AUTISM SUPPORT

Understanding yourself can be the first step forward.

If you are wondering whether ADHD or autism may be affecting everyday life, we can help you explore your concerns, complete appropriate screening tools and organise relevant information to discuss with your GP or another qualified assessment provider.

Counselling can also support practical strategies for attention, planning, routines, sensory needs, emotional regulation, relationships, communication and managing overwhelm.

Important: Our counselling and screening services do not provide a formal diagnosis. If you’re exploring ADHD or autism, we can help you understand your options and guide you towards the right assessment and support for your next steps.

You do not have to work it out alone.

People come to counselling for many reasons. Sometimes there is a clear problem. Sometimes things simply do not feel right. Both are valid places to begin.
